Hi!

We have a double bedroom in a large 3 bed flat in Oval available.

The flat is in a Victorian mansion block and has many period features, spacious hallway and high ceilings & new carpets. There is a huge living room with fireplace, a big kitchen with small balcony area, separate toilet and bathroom with both bath and shower.

The room itself comes with a double bed, storage and large wardrobe. There is additional storage in the hallway (including shelves and a shoe rack). It has a large sash window and looks out onto the church across the road which has a lovely vegan cafe. If you need room to work from home, you are welcome to use the lounge during working hours and set up a desk.

The flat is in amazing location close to Oval tube (6 min walk) and Stockwell tube (10 min walk). 5min bus ride/20 min walk into Brixton or Vauxhall. With several night buses from Central and East London.

There are many shops, pubs and cafes close by with Kennington Park 5 min walk away.

You'll be living with 2 girls, both chill & easy to live with. We enjoy a wine & Netflix in the evenings, brunch & pub roasts at the weekends!

Bills are appx £90-100/month
