I'm looking for a friendly, clean and tidy female for my spare double room in a 3 bed Georgian house, one minute walk from Oval tube, in a very quiet pretty square, directly behind the Oval tube.

Travel:
Oval station has excellent transport links on the Northern Line. It's also within walking distance to Vauxhall (8 mins) for overground and Stockwell (15mins) for Victoria Line. There are also excellent bus routes to London Bridge within a 3 minute walk on the Brixton Road.

The house:
The house is a grade II listed Georgian property, in a very friendly square. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room, large bathroom and separate lavatory.
Large bathroom has just been fitted CP Hart design, roll-top bath and large rainfall shower. There is also a sunny garden with seating.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and cool gadgets for cooking.
The double bedroom comes fully furnished, and looks onto the garden at the back of the house so is lovely and quiet.

The third bedroom in the house will be kept as a spare room.

Move in date is flexible, anytime after 12th September. There will be a deposit (a full months rent) of £650. Rent is £650 a month (inc. bills)
