The room is well kept & bigger than it looks in the photos, I promise😂 The living room is also quite large & fits us all comfortably.
I have been in this flat 3 years & have to say it’s a home from home. Ideally, I am seeking someone who is tidy & wants to make our flat their home too. I am a social person & would like someone who likes to get to know the people they live with.
The flat is in a good location and is a 7 minute walk to the nearest tube station (Oval) and also has good bus connections into the city & also a 10 minute bus to Brixton. Also plenty of local shops, bars & restaurants around the area. Bills are not included in the rent but works out about 70 per month. There is also permit parking on our street too for anyone that drives!
