Bright Double Room in Friendly House

We’re looking for someone new for our home as our current flatmate has had to go back to his parents due to Covid :(

Our house is in the perfect location, literally a 5 minute walk to Vauxhall (Victoria Line) and about a 4 minute walk to Oval (Northern Line). Takes about 15 mins to get into Covent Garden via tube or bike (the bike ride is lovely along the river!) or a 45 minute walk. It’s a beautiful and safe area with nice parks around - Battersea, Brockwell and Burgess park are all within walking distance, and Kennington park is right around the corner (excellent for dog spotting)

The furnished double room is bright and warm with an amazing view of the London Eye and the Shard, and extra storage space outside which is all yours. The porthole window is so cute and makes you feel like you’re on a boat! Cost of the room is £680pcm ALL BILLS INCLUDED (water, council tax, electricity and gas, wifi etc), so super cheap for the location.

We have two bathrooms and two showers - and a bath! The kitchen’s really roomy with a sofa and an armchair, and there’s lots of space for bikes downstairs. We also have a rooftop area with a great view of the sunset.

Current household:

We’re a sociable house and get on really well (we made an isolation Christmas fun!) although we do also all have our own friends in London. We‘re keen to cook together and the projector’s been great for lockdown film nights. We all do different things ranging from podcast producer to science communication, and we’re really keen on the arts.
