This large modern house set over three floors is a few minutes walk from Oval tube in a quiet residential cul de sac. There is a large kitchen and dining room which leads out on to a small patio area outdoors, a separate lounge / TV room, three small bathrooms and a kitchenette with breakfast bar on the top floor too. You would be sharing with two females, a 36 year old working professional, live in landlord and a 34 year old professional.

It's a peaceful home, and I'd love to welcome a friendly housemate who might be keen to cook together and socialise but with that balance of respecting eachother's space too given how city life gets!
