Looking for someone to share our beautiful flat with.
It is situated just 2 minutes’ walk from Oval tube station.
About the bedroom/flat…
The room is located at the front of the house. It overlooks St Marks church and gets a lot of light in the day. The room is fully furnished with a double bed and 2 large built in wardrobes.
The flat is on 2 levels, on the first floor there is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. And on the 2nd floor are the 3 bedrooms.
The house is fully furnished with a large sofa bed in the living room, which is great for when you have friends or family staying over.
There is also a pretty roof terrace with lots of space; it’s a really nice area for late summer evenings.
This really is a home and we want someone to move in who feels the same and will treat it the same.
About the flatmates…
We are 2 females both working professionals with 9-5 jobs.
About the area…
The flat is situated a 2 minute walk from Oval tube station. Kennington Park is just nearby, and there is also a farmers market every Saturday at St Marks Church selling local produce. Mimi’s Italian Deli just around the corner which does the best coffee around! Location is perfect and is one of the biggest selling points about this flat! We have a large Tesco Extra and also a Lidl 10 minutes’ walk away, which is where we do all of our weekly shopping. There are a couple of gyms located within 5 minute walks of the flat. There is 24 hour news agent just around the corner which has been a saviour for our late night chocolate cravings! :)
