Looking for an independent, awake (not woke) and consciously motivated soul to share my 2 bdrm flat for the next few months while I organise to emigrate, hopefully by end of January/early feb. I am at home mostly... playing music, making a noise, and moving things around the flat, so am looking for someone who works full time out of the house, including during lockdowns, and is preferably unjabbed. This will not suit someone who works from home.
The room is cosy and inviting, furnished with high bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves, folding desk, heating. Plenty of storage space beneath the bed, and up to you how to use the space creatively. Well equipped kitchen features a large Kauri table, sounds system and separate fridges. Bathroom has solid maple floor, tactile underfoot.
Central to Brixton’s diverse cultural stimulation, it's a short walk from Oval, Stockwell and Brixton stations. Pedestrianised Van Gogh Walk is at the end of the street, with lockable bicycle hubs. Farmers markets, cafes, shops, parks and gyms are very near.
To share with mature artist originally from NZ. Interests include music, dance, politics, food growing/foraging, plant medicines, holistic mind/body/spiritual development.
£700 pcm including bills, council tax, broadband.
£10 per month towards chemical/perfume free clothes washing and household products. I am happy to provide these as I am sensitive to toxic stuff so would prefer you to use what is here.
