Room available from 1 Jan. But I’d prefer to sort this out before the holidays.

I would be open to short term let.
When responding please state your work from home arrangements.

If you love cooking or cook a lot, then this isn’t the right space for you.

The price is inclusive of all bills, which I have kept reasonable in light of energy increases.
This also includes a cleaner every two weeks.
There’s a little kitten in the apartment: Carrie.

I am very neat, and tidy and would only get on with someone who is also very tidy.
