We have 1 room available from early January to rent in a lovely, recently renovated flat within 5 - 10 minutes of Royal Oak, Paddington and Warwick Avenue Stations. Less than 20 minutes tube journey into central London.

The flat has a nice, fairly sizeable kitchen with lots of storage and a separate, large living room - kitted out with a large TV, couch with pull-out bed for guests, not to mention plants! The flat has a balcony, separate shower and toilet.

The property is situated right next to the Regent's Canal and Little Venice, with several lovely pubs and restaurants nearby as well as plenty of amenities across the road including a massive Waitrose, Tesco a Sainsbury's and several other shops.

The flat is also about 10min walk from Hyde Park, so perfect for lunchtime runs or jaunts.

The Bedroom (£800pm) has a double bed (storage space underneath) with a built in wardrobe - ample space for a desk, and additional furnishings :)

We (current flatmates) are a gay American couple, keen cooks and both professionals working (pre-covid) in the city as a consultant and an accountant. We are (in normal times) both fairly busy during the week but like to chill at the flat and sometimes have people over at the weekend and the occasional party. We love cooking, cocktails (Friday martinis are a tradition), fitness and gaming. Our other flatmate is also a gay guy so being comfortable living exclusively with gay men is an absolute must!

Looking for a nice, relaxed flatmate, who would preferably be a friend rather than just housesharer. Ideal flatmate is willing to get stuck in to help out with house work regularly and we love to cook so a flatmate who is willing to chip in for big group meals would be a bonus!
