Single Room At Superb Location

5-8 min walks to Paddington, Royal Oak or Warwick Avenue Stations. 1 minute walk to the bus stop for Bus number 18, that go to the major stops in the town. There is one Big Waitrose, 2 Sainsbruy and 2 Tesco supermarkets. It is also close to the post office.

The best thing is that we are walking distance to the Hyde park and Queensway bowling, ice rink and snooker place.

There are 3 parks around us and one of its has gym equipments. Speaking of which, Nuffield and pure gyms are very close to us too. They both have swimming pools and steam rooms.

Particularly, little venice canal is 3 minutes walk and the views are very beautiful. There are Starbucks, restaurants, Pub on a boat and other nice pubs by the canal. Quite often, there are events there too.

We are office-based professionals. We are quiet and no-party people. We hardly have guests coming over. However, we sometimes go for travelling together and play badminton, bowling and so on.

We have cars and if you also have car, please let us know. There is a parking right in front of the flat. We have heater, washing machine, dish washer, oven and cooker. We have EE Fiber Plus Broadband with unlimited data. We also have a dinning table for 4 people. The whole flat has the big trasparent double-glazed windows, which can open fully all the way. So, you can have nice sunshine and sunset, and the fresh air coming from the trees around the flat.

Regarding to the room, it is NOT for the Couple, only single person is allowed. If you are interested, please come see the room and let's get to know.
