After 2 years I am moving into my own place so my current room is becoming available.
The room
Very large double bedroom with own small balcony. High ceilings and wooden floors. Shared modern bathroom with bathtub/shower . This is shared with 2 other flatmates. Fully furnished - except work desk and 2 bedside tables (will consider selling)
The flat
Large 4 bedroom flat. Three bathrooms (an ensuite, main bathroom and other toilet only) , modern kitchen and separate living room. It's very spacious.
The building
Beautiful old school mansion block. Neighbours are quiet . Hallways are cleaned and bins collected from flat doors daily. Block management team are responsive.
The area
5 min walk from beautiful little Venice. Canals are close by for walks or runs. Also close to Regent's Park. Nearest tube stations are Warwick avenue, paddington and Edgware Road. Commute to Oxford circus 10 mins. Convenience stores and leisure facilities are a stone throw away. Zone 1 living at its best!
