It's a great place given it's location and price, flat mates are very friendly (two couples), landlord is very helpful.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, micro wave, oven, dryer and washer and plenty of cupboard space.
There's communal toilet and bathroom.
The room consists of one double bed and plenty of storage space and two big mirrors, as well as a couch.
I have a lease that ends on October 15 but the landlord will be more than happy to sign you on for longer, so not to worry about that.
