Large furnished double room in Paddington

We have available a large furnished double room in Central London with plenty of storage space in the room itself and in the flat. The room has also access to the balcony.

The room is available on the 17th of January, but if you need to enter earlier please let us know on the message.

The flat is located within 3 minutes’ walk from Paddington Station (Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith and City and District tube Lines, and National Railway Services) and is facing a beautiful canal from Little Venice. There are also night buses available on the area and the nearest night tube station is Lancaster Gate (Central Line), which is a 15 minutes´ walk only.

It is a very spacious and bright flat. It has a large furnished living room, kitchen with all the amenities included, a bathroom and a toilet. The apartment is shared with two lovely flatmates (one Spanish and one Maltese) who are looking for someone professional, tidy and quiet. We like to share some time, but we also respect each´s privacy.

The monthly rent is £720, without bills included. Bills are usually around £100 per month, and it may fluctuate during winter months due to heating. There´s a deposit of £900.
