From the tenants staying on,

The bedroom is inside a 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom flat. This room will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other guy (Simon).

You will be sharing with two professionals, both early 30's. Simon is a teacher and Jenny works at M&S head office.

4th (top) floor flat (elevator available for passengers but furniture will only fit up the stairs). The flat is inside a red brick mansion house in a pretty residential area right near the canals. It is very safe and quiet living here. The flat has lots of natural light and a small balcony area, which is perfect for a relaxing weekend if you want to stay in. Lots to do around Paddington Central and Merchant Square and very well positioned for tubes or buses to get everywhere.

* Minimum term: one year (private landlord so ace to deal with), you'll be added to the contract with current housemates - they are however flexible that if you need to leave you find a suitable replacement to fill your room
* Looking for a professional working full time, preferably similar age
* Not a party house
* We will be having a cleaner who will come every 1 or 2 weeks (TBC)
* Flat has a large fridge/freezer, smaller additional freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and great heating

We are looking for a chilled, considerate housemate who is happy to hang out, eat together or share a drink at times. We also appreciate that people enjoy their own space after a busy day.
