Our housemate is moving out into his own place and we are looking for a replacement!
The flat
Large 4 bedroom flat. Three bathrooms (an ensuite, main bathroom and other toilet only) , modern kitchen and separate living room. It's very spacious.
The building
Beautiful old school mansion block. Neighbours are quiet . Hallways are cleaned and bins collected from flat doors daily. Block management team are responsive.
The area
5 min walk from beautiful little Venice. Canals are close by for walks or runs. Also close to Regent's Park. Nearest tube stations are Warwick avenue, Paddington and Edgware Road. Commute to Oxford circus 10 mins. Convenience stores and leisure facilities are a stone throw away. Zone 1 living at its best!

Flatmates are Joe, Chandni and Isabelle.
Vibe
We are a friendly household and have occasional dinners and drinks together. We all have own lives and enjoy our own space but looking for someone friendly. Guests always welcome to stay over.
Bills
Average £100 a month for all bills. Includes gas, electric, council tax, water and weekly cleaner who does the bedrooms too.
Move in date around 24th Feb but can be later. Viewings start immediately.
