Lovely double bedroom in 4-bed flat in Paddington

Hi,

I am renting out this room as I am moving out of London earlier than expected. This room is found in a 4 bedroom flat, with three other flatmates (one guy and two girls) who are very quiet and respectful. The room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, chair, desk, mirror, bedside table and a very big wardrobe where you can also store your suitcase. The room is fitted with two windows (can be seen in the second photo), which means the room is very well isolated - I barely had to put the heating on in winter. You can also barely hear the street and cars. The bathroom is shared with two other flatmates.

Rent is 998 per month, including hot water and wifi but excluding electricity and gas. The minimum tenancy is 6 months. As I am leaving earlier, I need to find a new flatmate myself. However, the property is handled by an agency, and I will put you in contact with them if you are interested in the flat after a room visit (no agency fees). I will be in London from the 18th till the 29th of July to organise visits.
