Spatious and modern room in Paddington

I am looking for a tenant to take my room from April 16th to June 1st (1,5months)

The room as you can see in the pictures is spacious, new and modern.

There is a very big window and lots of natural light.
We are looking for someone in their late 20s early 30s who is chill but likes to socialize
The house has lots of storage space available (there is an extra room for the washing machine, suitcases etc. The storage room is VERY large)

The house is completely new (the building is less than one year old, so everything in the house is NEW).
We live in floor 18 so the views are incredible.
There are 2 communal terraces in floor 7 and 17, and they are great for outdoor workouts, bringing some friends or chilling in the sun.

The common areas are kept clean by me & my flatmate when the cleaning lady is not here.
The kitchen has everything you need (pans & pots, cutlery etc).

About the area:
The house is located in Paddington, less than 5 min away walking from Paddington station.
There are many buses as well connecting you to every place you want in London.

In terms of groceries:
There are MANY groceries stores less than 5 min away as well:
M&S, Sainsbury's, Waitrose.

The house is also close to Hyde Park
There is already a flatmate living in, and you would be sharing the house with him.
We like to hang out, have a beer and chill.
