Hi there. We have a room available in our gorgeous 3 bedroom flat located 2 minutes walk from Paddington Station in the prestigious Westbourne Terrace.

The flat itself has been renovated one year ago and it’s extremely modern, warm, comfortable and energy efficient. There is a large kitchen with great views, we have a dish washer, a washing machine and dryer along with all other mod cons.

We have a large hallway with plenty of room for storage.

We have 1 main bathroom again super large with shower a huge shower and a separate bath that also has a shower and there is also a double sink: there is lots of storage here too. There is also another smaller WC which is mainly used for the bedroom we have advertised so it’s like you would have your own personal toilet.

We have a large sitting room / dining room with 2 new comfy couches, dining table chairs and tv, plenty of space to chill and relax. Also great for hosting dinner parties etc.

The bedroom itself is a double bed with a great view, very airy, a wardrobe with good storage and bedside lockers.

This house is such an amazing price for its location which is based close to Notting hill, Lancaster Gate, Regent’s Park, Hyde park and Oxford street all within walking distance. There are also so many great restaurants and
bars nearby and great transportation links to London, Heathrow and other parts of the UK.

Us housemates are two best friends from Ireland that have been living in London for years. We work long hours in the fashion and travel industry but when we are home we like to socialise as a house l, cook dinner together and have some wine, or else enjoy our own personal space with peace and quiet. We are very respectful of each other and ensure the house is immaculately clean at all times. We are super chilled out.

We are looking for someone out going and fun to join our household and ideally that person would be looking to move in asap from 20.01.2022
