The house is located in a super quiet and nice gated mews just 3 minutes walking from Paddington tube station and right next to the canals of little venice. There is plenty of shared space: a huge kitchen, a dining/living room and a garden, which is perfect for bbqs!
Bills & expenses are about 90£ a month (including a weekly cleaner for the common areas) and there is an extra fee for the brand new furniture (400£)
Please notice that it will not be possible to move in before the 10th of November
