Short let 1 bed flat w/ cat Paddington *Modern*

Please read carefully:

I am looking for a trustworthy, cat-loving person who is looking for a place to stay short-term and is ok to have my cat Scrappy around.

*DATES: September 10- October 11th*
THE FLAT IS ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN THOSE DATES (+/- 1 or two days).
Couples are welcome
£440/pw

Bills included: wifi, council
energy, water, heating included up to £100 (Just don't be wasteful. If substantially over £100, I will ask you to pay the remainder)

Would ask for the full amount of rent + deposit upfront.

You will have the entire flat for yourself for a discounted weekly rent but in return, I would ask you to treat my cat with respect and tolerate that a friend of mine will be attending the flat once a day to look after my cat (feed/ clean the litter box) + water my plants (we can discuss the details)

The flat is furnished and has all the necessary amenities you can think of (fridge, freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher! oven, juicer, pots & pans, mixer, etc.)

I would ideally meet you at least once in person so I can get to know you a little bit more + see if my cat would feel comfortable around you (and vice versa!) :)
