Friendly easy going and helpful house mates, 3 female, 2 male, all busy professionals of various degrees in a range of occupations. I have personally lived and rented the house since 2012, finding it perfect for my needs and having a currently great household that includes an impressive cat, privately owned by a housemate. Everything part from the large mirror, some of the framed paintings and my personal possessions will remain for your use.

Currently using Virgin broadband, bills such as : electricity, gas, water, house hold stuff get split. Rent is £500 + a deposit of the same amount, no negotiation!
Viewing will be selective, you will require a mask, will have to disinfect at entrance, you will be provided with disposable gloves.
