Room Or Rooms To Rent In Family Home

I would be happy to reduce rent in exchange for cleaning the kitchen daily as it is a struggle with this many people in the house. My son has some behaviour issues right now so this would not be a fit for someone who doesn't understand teenagers.

Having said that the room at the top of the house is away from things. You would not want to be too tall in an attic room. You will have have an ensuite at the top of the house, newly painted, own bathroom and stair case. This would suit a working professional person that has a clear routine and keeps themselves to themselves at the moment. But the garden is large and available.

We live on the Lakeside Estate across the road from Broomfield Park and Palmers Green Station. It takes 30 minutes to get to Central London. There is a lively high street with restaurants, supermarkets and cafes a few minutes walk. I am a single mother with two children 11 and 14. They can be lively but it is a large house so sound is absorbed especially in the attic room.

There is a newly furnished kitchen with all mod cons including a large fridge freezer with ice dispenser, two ovens a microwave and lots of storage space and utility room.

£750 per month ono, for the attic room, with one months deposit and in advance rent. All bills included. Rate is Negotiable depending on if it is a single let, could suit a single parent with young child. Or a young person looking to live in a family environment. Reduction in rent for help with cleaning the kitchen in the mornings would be considered.
