We have a large double room available mid March in a nice house in Palmers Green N13. £585 per month (£135 a week) all bills included. House is up for sale but unlikely to sell quickly so room is available short term only. For few months, possibly longer.

Fairly mature responsible house. Sharing with 3 others. Two musical types (one plays piano, another guitar), another a Vegetarian into spirituality. Pretty quiet house overall. People are pretty independent. Music played in studio at bottom of garden.

Located in the more quieter N13 suburbs of London. A 10-15 mins walk from Palmers Green overground train station that takes you straight into the City in 25 mins. Fresh air and problem free living, yet great for getting to work or going out at night in town.

There is a nice recreation ground/ park just across the road as well as a local tennis club 5 mins away (which I'm a member of). The main high street has a choice of gyms/ restaurants and there is a well stocked supermarket just at the top of the road with fresh food and fresh baked bread (5min walk).

Hardwood floor with desk and ornate fitted wardrobes. Overlooks garden so no road noise.

The house itself is fairly large and spacious situated over three floors. Two bathrooms on separate floors (first and second floor). There is a nice garden to the rear with patio which is nice for the summer. 100MB fibre optic wireless Broadband.
