We have a small single room room available now from September in Palmers Green N13.
Looking for someone easy going, reliable, and friendly. Five bedroom house. Ideally 9-5 working professional. Quiet house overall despite numbers so not much of a party house. Non-smoker preferred. One is a piano teacher so potential for lessons and another is a fitness trainer so chance to get fit. Take your pick.
Located in the more quieter N13 suburbs of London. A 10-15 mins walk from Palmers Green overground train station that takes you straight into the City in 25 mins. Fresh air and problem free living, yet great for getting to work or going out at night in town.
There is a nice recreation ground/ park just across the road as well as a local tennis club 5 mins away (which I'm a member of). The main high street has a choice of gyms/ restaurants and there is a well stocked supermarket just at the top of the road with fresh food and fresh baked bread (5min walk).
Room has single bed, desk and wardrobe. Carpet was newly fitted quite recently and walls redone. Rent is £395pw inclusive of all bills. Warm room with good double glazing. Can do monthly rolling contract so no 6 month tie in case you find the place/ vibe isn't right for you.
The house itself is fairly large and spacious situated over three floors. Two bathrooms on separate floors (first and second floor). There is a nice garden to the rear with patio which is nice for the summer. 50MB fibre optic wireless Broadband.
