A lovely room in Palmers Green (North London. Its a good size south facing double room within a newly refurbished and modernised Edwardian property with wooden floorboards, 2 bathrooms and large kitchen diner. This will be available from Feb 2022 (females preferred).

We are a professional, considerate and relaxed house and looking for a full time professional who will complement the house. Someone who down to earth, happy to have a chat and socialise and be equally considerate and super tidy.

In terms of commuting, the house is a 5 min walk to Palmers Green station. From there, within 25 mins, you're in Old Street/Moorgate/Kings cross or 30/25 Shoreditch. The nearest tube is Woodgreen (Z3) (from there it is 25 mins to central - Leicester Square/ Covent Garden/Holborn/ Piccadilly).

If driving - there is ample free road side parking (no permit required) and good road links via Green lanes, North Circular (A406) and M25.

There is also a south facing, balcony and secluded garden with outdoor BBQ/kitchen to use and relax in in the summer. Cable TV and high speed broadband.
