Double room to rent +own Bathroom in Parsons Green

Hi!

My name is Georgie, i am looking to rent the spare room in my house out for the last 3 months of my contract due to my friend having to move out, so renting it out from anytime in February to the end of May. This gorgeous two bedroom apartment is in Parsons Green right on Fulham road- its the dream location- legit 4 min walk from Parsons green tube station, 1 min walk from the bus stop.

i have attached all pictures- you would get your own double room and own bathroom which is just down the corridor! There is a gorgeous bright living room looking onto the road and kitchenet!

About me, i am 21, working in the events industry as an event organiser. i like to consider myself as a fun, bubbly person, love an espresso martini/ g&ts and a good nightout, however i don’t go out during the week as i obviously have a job so have to find someone in the same situation -likes fun at weekends but chilled week days. I am super tidy i won’t lie so i’m lookin for someone who can fit in with my tidy habits and is really tidy too ahah- i hate mess.

I am defo keen to meet you before hand so we can get to know each other a bit and that you can see the flat and see if its for you!
