I have a lovely house in Parsons Green Fulham. I currently have one double available from January 2022.. There is a lovely communal space with kitchen diner, internet and outside space. It is a very good area of London and very pleasant to live in. The price advertised is for the singles per month £850 pcm inclusive of household bills and including the bedding and internet. The double is £1350 inclusive of bills but not council tax unless you are a. student. You pay a portion towards the council tax and students are free for Council Tax. These rooms are really good and convenient for central London and for students who want a quiet room with a desk and whiteboard. Or the double is stunning. It's my room but I am moving to Spain in January and so will swap to the smaller room.. Please note although it says I live at the house I do not but I can't see how to change it. I live in Cornwall but can be back in 3/4 hours if needed or I have a lettings agency Draker Lettings Fulham who manage the house tenants and lodgers. You would be required to sign a standard agreement with them as your agents and first call.
