Hi, I'm looking for someone to move into this room ASAP ideally before 1st March. Flexible with move in dates!

Beautiful double room in a shared house of 6, everyone is super friendly, and clean. Everyone is a young professional working weekdays, most are around on weekends and evenings. The room is on the ground floor at the back of the property, comes with a double bed and large wardrobe. Very spacious as you can see from the pictures. Rent is paid to city accommodation on the 1st of every month. Rent includes all bills (except TV licence). A deposit is also required to be paid to city accommodation.

The property has a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean communal areas. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom shared between 5 of the occupants, large kitchen with dinning table, dishwasher and plenty cupboard space. The property also has a decent size garden area.

The property is close to Parsons Green tube station, as well as Fulham Broadway, Stamford Bridge and a large number of shops including supermarkets. Good bus routes towards putney, Hammersmith, Clapham and Victoria.
