The room itself has a double bed, draws, hanging rail, sink and tv all included and plenty of space for other furniture if you'd like to deck it out more.

As a flat we spend a fair bit of time together (everyone's good for a chat) and we'll have a big cook up and drinks once a month, so ideally looking for some easy going to join that dynamic.
