I’m a young professional who works in the film industry, usually weekdays I’ll work late, or have a relaxed evening on the sofa. Weekends I like to go out and socialise with friends, host dinner parties, or sometimes spend the day watching films or playing board games. I love to cook when I have the time, and enjoy experimenting with food finding new dishes or cuisines. There is also an extensive alcohol cupboard and a nice selection of Single Malt Scotch!

The flat is situated on the New Kings Road, half way between Parsons Green and Putney Bridge. There is a great amount of pubs, bars and restaurants close to the property, with the District Line being a 5 minute walk away. There is a large living/dining area from the front door which is on the street. This feeds through out to the patio, or round to the second entrance and a hallway which leads to the upstairs bathroom and kitchen.
Downstairs are the two bedrooms and a secondary bathroom with a walk in shower.
The flat has an AEG washer dryer, along with a Bosch Oven and a gas hob.

All bills are set up on my account already, including Sky Sports, and Sky Cinema.

The tenancy agreement will need signing for 1 year with the estate agents, and the deposit will be 6 weeks rent, plus a £50 admin charge.

The room comes unfurnished, however the rest of the flat is as the photos show. My current flatmate is moving out end of Jan and may be willing to sell the bedroom furniture.
