Large double bedroom on the top floor with three windows providing plenty of natural light and lovely views over the roofs of Fulham. The room includes a double bed, a dedicated desk, and plenty of storage with two chests of drawers, shelves, and a built-in clothes rail. The room is fitted with a lock and can be secured by key.

You’ll have access to a shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, a small oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, and washing machine). You will be taking over my room and sharing with my two flatmates: two professional women in their 20s (English and French). They are relaxed, friendly, and work full-time out of the house. We are looking for a professional in their 20s or early 30s who is sociable but respectful of others' space and who will help keep the communal areas tidy and welcoming.

Parsons Green Station (District Line) is a 6-minute walk from the flat. There are plenty of amenities within a 5-minute walk, including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and Hurlingham Park.

The rent is £1,100 per month. Council tax (Band E), electricity, gas, water, and broadband are shared equally (approx. £150/month on top of the rent).

The room is available from 26th January.
