Double bedroom in a stunning 2 bed split level flat just a short walk from Peckham Rye station and Nunhead. The room is fully furnished, with storage space and is light and airy. It would be ideal for an individual or couple. The rent is £720 for the room. Deposit will be six weeks rent. Bills are dependent on how many people are living here but around £80 per month.

The flat itself is large enough for four people, there is a modern, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room which is also fully furnished including all kitchen equipment and a TV.

It would be sharing with the current tenants (Sam and Sarah) who have lived here for two years. We’re both professionals, Sam works in digital and Sarah works for the NHS. Our current housemate is sadly moving out as he’s moving to Amsterdam. We love the flat and Peckham so don’t want to leave it just yet hence the advert. The photos really don't do the flat justice (you're probably thinking that's what they all say!).

If you don't know Peckham well, it was voted the best place to live in London in 2017!

Looking for a flatmate or flatmates who are easy to get along with, like having a drink or two together, but also appreciate each other’s space.

There are no agency fees and the landlord is great. There is permitted parking outside or free parking a short walk away.

Move in date is beginning of August, but there may be a little flexibility with this.
