Bright double room in 3 bed house - Peckham

Hi everyone, we have a room going in our 3 bed house from Oct. 20 (dates could be flexible) in Peckham. Depending on budget and needs, there is a choice of two rooms - a £650pcm double or a larger £712pcm (£850 for couples) double. The house is in a great location just the other side of Peckham levels from Peckham rye station. 3 min walk to big morrisons and 5 minutes to the station (7 minutes to Queen's park station).

The house is generally really bright overall which is great, and we have a garden with a gas barbecue and a few veggies growing (this year's harvest was/is mostly tomatoes!). The sitting room is big, cosy and sociable and we have a projector for watching netflix etc., along with a lovely little globe bar for having drinks and a piano in the corner. There’s another small room that will be a shared study/creative space/meditation room (previously used as a mini-music studio). Downstairs is also a big new kitchen with everything you'll need, where we regularly bake bread and cook nice big meals.

The housemates you’ll be living with are Leo and Alex, both in their mid-late twenties. Leo is a personal-trainer and fitness coach and Alex works in financial services in the Advertising industry. Everyone loves music, film, cooking, yoga and travel and we're equally comfortable cooking a nice meal together and watching something as we are going out and getting on the sesh. We’re actual friends, not just people who live together, so looking for a like-minded person to join our family! We've also previously lived with a couple and there's enough space for people not to get on top of each other (it's a 3 bed split over two levels - all rooms are upstairs so it's a good layout for that).

Room is for Oct. 20, and in terms of getting on the contract there is the standard referencing process and 5 weeks rent. Looking to sort it sooner rather than later so just get in touch with a little info about yourself and we can arrange a viewing :)
