What’s on offer:

The room: It’s small (can fit a double bed, dresser, bedside table, shelves), but you pretty much have an en-suite. Bed frame and dresser provided, but shpock/gumtree/your own stuff may be needed to kit the place out.

The house: The house is class. Located just between Queens Road Peckham (8 min walk) and Peckham Rye (10 min walk), you’re in the Peckham mixer. We’ve got a big TV, three sofas, foot-rest, bean bag, rug, large mirror, dining table, the place is equipped once you step out of your room. We have internet and Sky TV. Good "finish" on the place.

There’s lots of natural light, also we have an electric gate so you feel like a king or queen when you put the bins out.

Why the room is available: Housemate is off to jail for armed robbery. Never saw it coming... you think you know someone then the police are raiding the house. JK, it was the first room in London and they’re going more flair now that they’ve been promoted.

What we’re looking for: Clean, chilled and not going to push any political agendas on us when we’re trying to watch Love Island. A big plus would be if you had BT Sport, we really miss those Champions League games.

Housemates: The three housemates that are leftover have been living together for years.

Kony, 30. Seller of fonts. Will look to convince you to intermittent fast, so if you want to get in his head say he's looking chunky.

Timmo, 29. Something in Sports Marketing. Wannabe hipster that wears baggy t-shirts and refuses to upgrade his iPhone 2.
