Sunny double in newly-renovated Peckham house!

We are looking for a third housemate to join us in our beautiful three-bed house on Elm Grove- right in the heart of the Holly Grove conservation area (three minute walk to Peckham Rye station, and five minute walk to Bellenden Road).

The house has just been completely refurbished, with brand new washing machine and dryer, super-fast fibre and an American fridge freezer (always important!). It's 1200 sf over three storeys, including a double reception, 2 bathrooms including wet room, laundry, courtyard terrace, an attic study and cellar- so plenty of storage space.

The double room (10'5 x 8'3) has a double bed, memory foam mattress, two chest of drawers, blackout blinds and freestanding clothes rail ready to go. The upstairs bathroom (with bath/shower) adjoins it.

The room is available from the beginning of January till the end of March (3 months), but there is a chance our housemate may be staying abroad for work, so could become something longer term.

You'd be living with one male filmmaker (29) and a female interior designer (27), and we're looking for either fellow working professionals or funded students.
