Spacious Double Bedroom in Cosy House, Peckham

Unfortunaly I will leave my beautiful large double room between the August 19th - 21th. The room is available from this date.

The room is on 1st floor of a cosy house. There is a big window, it's very bright and the view overlooks the garden. The bathroom is next to the room.

The house is in Peckham. Less than 10 minutes walk to Peckham Rye station for easy commutes, 3 minutes walk to the bus stops and 5 minutes walk for the supermarket. The street of the house and its perimeter are very quiet but all the entertainments of the neighborhood (pubs, nightclubs, cinema, restaurants, etc) are between 4 and 10 minutes walk depending on where you want to go.

The house has a kitchen with a separate living room with double doors leading out onto a good sized garden with a barbecue and plenty of space for bike storage. The garden is very sunny.

Our landlord is great and has no issues with painting if you would like to make the space totally yours.

For all the bills (with broadband included) it's around 45-50 £ per month.

The deposit is 800 £.

Our housemates are also lovely - working in Video Production, Art and Graphic design. Always up for a natter and some food.
