Hey everyone, we are looking for a new member for our house!

INTRO: We have a STUNNING 6 bed, super social, friendly house in Peckham. We are a veggie-vegan household who spend most nights around the dining room table, swapping stories so expect regular house dinners and dinner parties, movie nights in, nights out and Sunday brunch. We all aim to experience everything this amazing city has to offer, be that uncovering secret jazz nights, taking part in UV life drawing or entering curling and prosecco competitions.

ESSENTIALS:
Rent is £690pcm, and bills are around £50pcm. The deposit is £877 and referencing £200. The room is available at the end of June. Ideally 30th June/1st July (little later if you need to but that’s the date rent starts for the house)

THE HOUSE: The house is beautiful, with wooden floors throughout, a big open plan kitchen, large lounge for us to chill in, private garden with veg patches and space for bikes plus free street parking outside the house.

THE ROOM: beautiful double room with a good size ensuite on the top floor. There is a built in wardrobe, under-bed storage and a private balcony that over looks the city including prime views of the Shard!

HOUSEMATES: There are 5 of us and we love hanging out and doing fun things in London together. We all get on really well, (this is a v happy household) so we're really looking for someone to add to our fun house vibe and fit in with us :)

Allie: Wildlife conservationist working with Save the Rhino who is passionate about environmental sustainability, quirky fitness classes and eating cake. She is small and fun.

Cormac: Easy going Irish guy who loves working out and cooking, enjoys house and jazz music (and even pretends he can play it too). Loves hearing the slightest whisper of going out and is the first to grab his dancing shoes and one of many wild shirts.

Lauren: Yogi who can usually be found either day-dreaming, mothering other housemates or on a fast-paced hangry hunt for vegan burgers.. or befriending any nearby animals. At the weekend this quiet Lincolnshire lass transforms into a gin-sinking soul/jazz/house/90s-pop lover and drags everyone in the house out with her!

Matt: Aussie dude, marine biologist, loves to surf and ski. Can often be found skyping his dog Marl back home, attending to his funky vinyl collection and cooking meals fit for a Medieval peasant. Cheeriest guy you'll ever meet.

Sian: Philosophy, art and poetry lover who is passionate about making a difference in the world and currently works in Children's Social Care in the Department for Education. Loves weekend markets, wine drinking and making bad decisions.
