HELLO! I am sadly leaving this house and have a room going in this beautiful home in Peckham. The room is spacious (double) and has a closet.. The house is otherwise spacious and has an incredibly lush garden. You would be living with two beautiful women (one a musician/poet/activist & a master's student studying at Goldsmiths). Rent is £850 including bills (wifi, gas, water, electricity & council tax) & a 6 week deposit at move in. 5 minutes from Queens Road Peckham stop & tesco/sainsburys/bakery etc.
We are looking for someone to move in from JULY 15th. We'd prefer someone who does not mind a musical home. We are super easy going and chill & love good energy and doing things together. The house is a safe space so it is important you come with good vibes!
We'd prefer someone long term but am willing to discuss any short term.
