£600 room in Peckham/New Cross

£600 (inc. Council Tax and Water Bill)

Looking for a clean, tidy and sociable tenant to move in for the start of June. The flat is situated in the Friary Estate, just off Peckham Park Road and Old Kent Road. Buses take you into central in 15 minutes or Peckham Rye and Queens Road are a 10 min walk away.

The room is spacious with plenty storage space and hooks (one flat former hung up a hammock!). Double bed, central light.

There are two people already living here, David (civil servant, 25), and Gina (Liberal Arts graduate, 21). Our landlady lives abroad in Sweden (she is great and super helpful!). All the amenities work perfectly and we are very good at maintaining the flat clean and tidy.
If you are interested you would be signing onto a contract until the third week of October and the landlady intends to extend it another year (with no price hikes!).
We can be open to having a couple move in, and in that case the rent would be £800 split between the two of you.
