Hi there

Ruth and Matt current tenants, are sadly losing our current housemate so seeking a new one! We're both professionals, Matt's a journalist and Ruth works for a charity. We're good friends who enjoy hanging out both inside the house as well as in Peckham. But the usual we are both pretty busy, respect privacy and do lots of things independently. We would love to find a housemate who is sociable, considerate and would enjoy exploring Peckham with us on an occasion.

Bills are not included but will be approx £90 PCM - but that includes everything.

The bedroom - is a large light double, with a big 3 doored wardrobe and double bed - see photos below.

The kitchen by London standards is a good size, a breakfast bar you can sit at with plenty of storage and amenities including a dishwasher.

The living room, has space for a dining table and 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for the occasional friend to stay over and TV with Netflix, Sky Movies etc.

The house boasts 2 outside spaces, with a patio upstairs and a garden with grass and a built in barbecue downstairs. There is also parking out the front of the house and decent sized garage that can store bikes as well as other items.

We also have a bathroom with a bath and shower combo, and a second toilet downstairs.

Location and transport, the house is equidistant between Queen's Road and Peckham Rye, (8-10 minutes walk to each) whilst being on excellent 24 hour bus routes (the stop is 30 seconds from the front door) to Elephant and Castle, Waterloo, Liverpool Street and KIngs Cross.

We are really close to lots of local amenities as well as Peckham’s various pubs and eateries, Lidl, Morrison’s, the leisure centre, dry cleaners, etc.

We would also be happy to have pets if the right flat mate had one!
