Large double available in 4 bed house, Peckham

Hello!

From late September there will be a large double-room available on the top floor of our spacious 4 bed house in Peckham. We are a 7 min walk from Queens Road Peckham Station and about an 8 min walk from Nunhead station. (Both can be faster if you're in a rush...)

The house is nice and spacious. It has a shared living room, large kitchen/dining area with room for bike storage and a large garden where we are growing vegetables (with mixed results). It's a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours, but not far from the bright lights and sights and sounds of Peckham (and Nunhead) and there is lots of communal space in the house for dinners and hanging out, which we like to do pretty often. There is also a bath!

The available room is large and bright with space for furniture and hidden storage (great for people with a lotta stuff!). The room will be unfurnished aside from a bed frame, although the hidden storage that's part of the room is a good place for hanging clothes. Things like kitchenware, pots and pans, cutlery and so on., are communal.

You would be sharing with three very lovely and considerate guys in their early 30s, all professionals with full-time jobs: an archivist and librarian, urban designer and a running coach. It is a very relaxed and friendly vibe, and we are looking for someone who is friendly, communal, tidy, responsible and laid-back. We like to hang out and go to the pub and cook together, and we're all sociable and good fun (we think)

Ideally, you will be looking for somewhere to stay for at least 1 yr. There is a deposit, and rent is £615 per month. This doesn't include bills (electricity and gas are paid every 3 months). Move in would be end of Sept with some flexibility.
