Spacious double in modern new build apartment

Hi all,

I currently live on my own in my large 3 bedroom ground floor apartment in Peckham.

The apartment complex is on a quiet residential street in a gated community.

The second bedroom is a spacious double room with a king size bed and memory foam mattress.

There is a triple mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 x bed side tables in the the room.

I have an en-suite bathroom so the main bathroom would be for your sole use most of the time (except when I have visitors).

There is a third bedroom but I don’t plan to let that out and it’s used only when I have guests to stay.

There is a large open plan kitchen and living room space and two really big outdoor patio spaces- one is south facing so it’s great in the summer.

I am looking for a female professional to share my home. It would ideally suit someone who likes clean and minimalist living as I’m not a fan of clutter.

I work Monday to Friday and i am around most weekends so it would be lovely to find a flatmate who is social to share a glass of wine with in the evenings.

I really like my quiet time and treat my home as a space to enjoy and relax so no big house parties etc.

I am also flexible with the move in date and will consider Sunday eve- Thursday (inclusive) letting at a lower rent.

I have a parking space within the gated complex but that would be an additional charge at £100 a month if you want to you it.
