Looking for a friendly and clean housemate to join our house in Peckham for a short term let (3 months). Living in a 3 bed house just tucked behind Peckham Library and Rye Lane.
The house is semi detached with a big decked garden out the back. We have a large living / dining room and a sizable kitchen with a conservatory. The room has a wardrobe cupboard and large chest of drawers with a bed. The bathroom will be shared with one other flatmate (male) and has been recently renovated.
