The rent is 800 ppm all inclusive and the contract will be as long as you'd want it to be. (The room is quite big!)
The community: We're in 4 girls — all studying our post grad in graphic design at UAL — 2 at CSM, 2 at LCC (2 Italians, 1 Greek and 1 Austrian). We LOVE to hang out and explore Peckham together. That's why we're looking for someone that loves that as much as us! We also love cooking dinners together and just chill in our convervatory with wine, or work on projects together until late at night.
Location: 2 mins walk to Queens Road Peckham station and Tesco. 12 mins walk to Peckham Rye. 15 mins walk to LIDL or Poundstretcher.
