I have a large double room on the ground floor of a 3-bed house near Old Kent Road and Queens Road Peckham.

The room is set at the back of the house with access to the garden and the off-road, gated parking.

There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room which you will share with 2 other housemates, both recent graduates from Camberwell College of Arts.

Current housemates are 2 females 23 and 24. Both working in the creatives arts. Interests include fashion, film, photography, art, galleries. They are looking for someone with similar interests and similar age (20s) to be part of the house. It's important to them that the room isn't just being filled by anyone and for the house to remain social, chilled and friendly.

Rent for a single occupant is £880 a month (including electricity) other bills not included. The room is furnished with a bed frame, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

References and guarantor required.

Couples welcome - rent would be £1000 a month.
