We are looking for a new addition to our Victorian Conversion flat in Peckham.

The flat was refurbished about 4 years ago to a high spec with nice modern finishes. It is situated just off the desirable Bellenden Road and a few minutes walk from Lordship Lane where there are a number of lovely bars and cafes.

It is approximately a 10 minutes walk to Peckham Rye station and 8 minutes walk to East Dulwich station both of which have great links to London Bridge, Victoria and Overground network.

Our flatmate Bruno is unfortunately moving out of London and relocating for a new work project leaving one bedroom free to be filled. There are three rooms total in the flat Shaun and I take up the other two rooms.

We are looking for a young easy going professional who is clean and tidy and who will want to socialise and make this apartment their home.

The room is £690 per calendar month and bills generally add up to around £60 per month (council tax, water, electricity, internet).

We deal directly with the landlord who is great and responsive.
