THE ROOM/HOUSE:
Furnished flat in Peckham near Peckham Rye park and East Dulwich / Lordship Lane. The room available is an enormous double room, semi-furnished with a double bed, mattress, mirror, huge double wardrobe, a bookshelf and a large set of shelves. The room is lovely and spacious and really light with two large windows. You could easily fit a sofa in here if you wanted.
The flat is split over 3 floors, and has a bathroom, kitchen and there’s a separate living room where you can sit and eat/chill.
ABOUT THE AREA:
We're under 10 mins walking distance to Peckham Rye and East Dulwich stations - for the overground and direct trains to London Bridge. There's loads of bus stops nearby too.
It’s a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest Tesco Express and Peckham Rye park & common, and The Gowlett pub is 1 minute walking distance just around the corner.
It’s also a really close walking distance to Lordship Lane with Goose Green just around the corner, and Bellenden Road is really close too for loads of great pubs and restaurants.
ABOUT US:
You'll be living with me (30), currently doing my MA in arts and education at Goldsmiths and Sian Samouelle (25) who works in TV. We're both really friendly, relaxed and clean, usually work\study during the day and cook and hang out at home in the evenings. We're hoping to find someone who enjoys sharing and taking care of the space (:
