Spacious Double Room in 2-Story House in Peckham

Hi everyone!

We are seeking a new flatmate for a bright spacious double room in an open plan 2-story house with a garden in Peckham (SE15, Queens Rd). You would be living with Amisha and Veronique, two brilliant, respectful, friendly & clean women of colour (and Alita, the most charming cat you will ever meet). House is queer friendly and BAME-friendly. Unfortunately these photos are not truly reflective of how bright this house is as they were not taken on a sunny day.

Rent is £700 (£800 incl all bills) and deposit is £200, contract is flexible. Rent is taken on the 15th of each month so we are ideally looking for someone who is ready to move in by July 15th, but date is flexible either way if you need to move in earlier.

Location: 6 minute walk from Queens Road station, 8 minutes from Nunhead, 15 minute walk to Telegraph hill for sunset views :)

This house is special and I wouldn’t be leaving if I didn’t have to <3

***House is unfortunately not fully accessible as there are only stairs to reach the second floor.
