Double room available in Peckham Mid-August

We have a double room available after August 17th in our Peckham house SE15 5GY.

It’s the biggest room in the house, with a huge walk-in wardrobe. The whole house was newly refurbished before we moved in 2019 so everything is in great condition. We have a huge living room/dining area where we tend to spend most of our time, a garden with decking, bbq, shed
for bike storage and a drive.

The room comes with a set of drawers but not a bed, so you would need to buy/bring your own.

The house is located in a quiet square opposite a nice park. It’s a 10 minute walk to Peckham Rye station, and less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Lidl) and the gym. Lots of great pubs and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk away also.

You will be living with myself (a creative producer, 26) and another girl (a social worker, 26), who are super sociable. We tend to hang out together in the evenings and weekends. We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind people coming over and the odd party. We keep the house clean and tidy, all pitching in whenever things need doing.

Ideally we are looking for another girl to join us, age 24-29-ish who is a working professional.
