Please also note, I have no TV - but do have a license so feel free to watch from your laptop! The bathroom is nice and spacious too with a bath and shower.

The flat is on the top (3rd) floor of a Victorian building but only 7 minutes from links of Peckham Rye and East Dulwich stations (10 minutes away by train to London Bridge or 15 minutes up to Shoreditch) with all of London's main tourist attractions between 35 - 40 minutes away. You may also fancy a stroll through the beautiful Peckham Rye Park, or a run around if you are feeling particularly energetic!
