Stunning ensuite double room w/private living area

Hi! I'm Louise and I've got a huge, bright, modern loft bedroom with a private living room area, ensuite bathroom, "walk-in" wardrobe and Juliet balcony available from mid-March for a lodger. Shared facilities are kitchen/diner and garden.

The house is in Peckham, South East London. It's in a residential area so pretty peaceful but still really close to shops and great transport links. Only 10-15 min walk to 2 Peckham overground stations, high street, shops, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets (Tesco, Morrisons, ASDA, Lidl). Bus stop is less than 1 min away and takes you straight o Elephant and Castle in less than 15 mins.

It's a family home, with my sister (23) and parents living in the other rooms of the house. They all work and are pretty quiet. We also have a lodger living in another room of the house. As the loft room is an all-in-one bedroom, living, and bathroom, the set up is very private and would be good for someone who doesn't mind their own company. The only shared facility would be the kitchen and garden.

My sister has a small dog. She (the dog) will not have access to your room or your floor. She's a rescue dog with a nervous disposition so she may take some time getting used to you, but when she does, she's a very sweet girl. We can't accept any pets due to our dog's nervousness.

£1000 per month, all bills and council tax included so you don't need to worry about that. We're looking for someone fairly quiet, clean and friendly! DM me for more info :)
