Stunning ensuite double room w/private living area

Hi! I'm Louise, 24, working in tech. I've got a huge, bright, modern loft bedroom with a private living room area, ensuite bathroom, "walk-in" wardrobe and Juliet balcony available now for a lodger. Shared facilities are kitchen/diner and another toilet on the ground floor.

The house is in Peckham, South East London. It's in a residential area so pretty peaceful but still really close to shops and great transport links. Only 10-15 min walk to 2 overground stations, high street, shops, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets (Tesco, Morrisons, ASDA, Lidl). Bus stop is less than 1 min away and takes you straight o Elephant and Castle in less than 15 mins.

We're a family of 4, age 20 (F), 24 (F), 57 (F), 61 (M), living in the other rooms of the house. We all work and we're pretty chill and quiet. As the loft room is an all-in-one bedroom, living, and bathroom, the set up is very private and would be good for someone who doesn't mind their own company. The only shared facility would be the kitchen.

£900 per month, all bills and council tax included so you don't need to worry about that. We're looking for someone fairly quiet, clean and most importantly, friendly! DM me for more info :)
